Titanium

Grade 23 titanium
Ti6Al4V ELI

Ti6Al4V ELI (Grade 23) is a titanium alloy with aluminium and vanadium. It is a purer version of the standard TA6V alloy. Interstitial element contents (iron, oxygen and carbon) are strictly controlled and limited during the fusion process. This purity grants the metal: improved mechanical properties and greater resistance to fatigue. The Ti6Al4V ELI titanium alloy is especially popular due to its ductility at cryogenic temperatures and its excellent biocompatibility with the human body, making it an essential material in the manufacture of medical implants (surgical, dental, etc.).

We supply TA6V ELI Grade 23 titanium powder for metal additive manufacturing, especially for powder bed technologies in 3D printing (SLS, SLM, FDM, EBM, …). These titanium powders meet ASTM B348 GR23, ASTM F136 ISO5832.3, ISO22674 and ASTMF3001 standards.

ACNIS stocks TA6V ELI Grade 23 titanium meeting ASTM F136, ISO 5832-3, ASTM B348, ASTM B265 standards in bars, sheets, powder, plates
